Input buffer has 2 dimensions because first dimension is purely just a wrapper the second entry is the spectrogram size. kFeatureSliceCount and kFeatureSliceSize are defined as constants. So we are essentially checking if the spectrogram fed into the network is actually what the network was trained on.
